Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All programs, regardless of cancellation by the customer, Elevate Sports, or third party, have a non-refundable 7% camper fee/credit card servicing fee (CCSF).
- Cancellations initiated one (1) week or more prior to a program’s start date carry a 25% cancellation fee in addition to the 7% camper fee/CCSF.
- Cancellations initiated between one (1) week and 48-hours prior to a program’s start date carry a 50% cancellation fee in addition to the 7% camper fee/CCSF.
- There are no refunds for cancellations initiated within 48-hours of a program’s start date or after a program has started.
